CASINO HOLD'EM

You play heads-up against the dealer. Place an Ante, and you and the dealer each get two hole cards, plus three community cards (the flop) are dealt face up.

CALL OR FOLD

After seeing the flop, decide: Call (an extra bet equal to 2× your ante) to see the turn and river, or Fold and forfeit your ante. Your best five-card poker hand is made from your two cards and the five community cards.

DEALER QUALIFIES

The dealer needs a pair of fours or better to qualify. If the dealer doesn't qualify, your Call bet pushes and your Ante wins even money. If the dealer qualifies and you win, both Ante and Call pay 1:1.

AA BONUS (optional)

A side bet that wins if your first five cards (2 hole + flop) contain a pair of Aces or better.
